However, once they had the parts to fix my applicance they sat on the parts for 2 weeks because they didn't feel my appliance was as important as others. So they scheduled other people over me. Also, what ever they did to my appliance - when it runs it still has a grease smell and its been a month. I was not impressed. If you can, use someone else. They kind-of have a monopoly around here.
