  My wife dropped off a laptop because it was supposed to be replaced for free (Apple MacBooks purchased at a certain time were found to have faulty drives). After the computer was dropped off they called back saying the laptop wouldn't be covered and that it would take $200 to install a 250GB drive. I was away for work and told them we wouldn't not like the service. Showed up to pick up the laptop. Now I expected to be charged something for holding the laptop overnight. Showed up and there was a $45 dollar diagnostic test charge. Really? Don't you think you would tell someone you were going to do something like that? And $45 dollars to turn a computer on and say the exact same thing we told you when we dropped off the computer in the first place. That's a shady business practice. If you need your computer worked on steer clear of this place. They'll milk you for every last penny.
